Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. unless otherwise requested upon check-in.
what is your reservation cancellation policy?
-o- Rates quoted are for double occupancy. For each additional person over the age of 10 in the same room, a $30 per night fee (which includes a full breakfast) will apply.
-o- Rates do not include local or state taxes.
-o- A two-night minimum stay is required on many event weekends and holidays.
-o- Dartmouth Graduation Weekend requires a minimum three-night stay—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a non-refundable deposit. Reservations can be made up to two years in advance and special pricing is available for rental of all three rooms for the three-night requirement.
-o- Reservations cancelled within two weeks of arrival during September, October, and special events will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the full reservation. Reservations cancelled within one week of arrival during non-peak periods will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the full reservation.
